Delivery Options
At His & Hers Scents, we place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of customer orders. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only, and His & Hers Scents shall not be liable for any delays.
If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of His & Hers Scents, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) incurred. His & Hers Scents may, at its discretion, charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Goods are at the customer’s risk at the point of delivery. Upon taking delivery, the customer must immediately examine the goods and notify His & Hers Scents in writing of any defect within three (3) days. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance that the goods were delivered in good order and condition.
Payment
The full purchase price shall be paid by the customer without any deduction, set-off, or counterclaim (including any claim related to delays in delivery) on or before the payment date.
Unless otherwise stated, all charges/prices for products are quoted in Kenyan Shillings.
The customer is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes related to the purchase, delivery, and use of the product or services. Product prices include delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product (or part thereof) at any time without notice and without liability to you or any third party.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting updated terms on our site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Return Policy
His & Hers Scents will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 3 days), provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging, current version, and not a special order.
Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.
For defective products due to manufacturing defaults, the return period is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.
Clients outside Nairobi should communicate with His & Hers Scents to facilitate the return.
No returns will be accepted for products sold or delivered as sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies.
A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued for returns within 48 hours, provided goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals and software, and are in resalable condition.
Credit notes may be issued for returns made after 48 hours but within five (5) days from the date of purchase.
Returned goods must be correctly packaged in their original packaging, including all outer boxes and inner cushioning. Items not correctly packaged will incur a minimum 15% handling fee.
Original invoices must accompany all returns.
No credit will be issued for returns made more than 3 days after the date of purchase.
Warranty Information
Products sold by His & Hers Scents are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
His & Hers Scents provides no additional or independent warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer or software publisher.
We do not warrant performance, compatibility, integrity, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Please verify product suitability before purchase.
Products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise.
Warranty is void if:
The serial number or its label is missing.
The item has been written on or tampered with.
Note: Due to manufacturer restrictions, defective hardware can generally be exchanged only if reported within 7 days of invoice. Beyond that, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.
Manufacturer Warranty
For items with manufacturer warranties, His & Hers Scents shall not be liable in the event the manufacturer fails to honor the warranty.
Customers must take warranty items to the designated service center in Nairobi CBD in person for faster service. Please bring a copy of your receipt/order.
All UPS units carry a manufacturer warranty. Evercomps will only guarantee the unit for the first 7 days.
Dealership Warranty
Items sold under a dealership warranty do not carry an East African manufacturer warranty, as they are intended for other markets.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with His & Hers Scents, the customer acknowledges agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
All goods are supplied strictly under these terms. No representative or agent of His & Hers Scents is authorized to alter them.
Past dealings do not alter these terms and conditions.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
In accordance with Kenyan Tax Regulations, VAT is charged at a rate of 16%.
All prices listed on this website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
